How should I plan my budget?+
Start with separate medical, coordination and travel budgets. The first discussion is free; we then quote for the coordination scope you choose, with any additional accompaniment agreed per day. Ask each provider about exclusions and possible changes before committing. Travel-only arrangements have no medical fee.
Who do I pay?+
Medical fees are paid directly to the healthcare provider. Pay us only the agreed coordination fee. Travel, accommodation, transport and other third-party services are paid separately to the actual providers. Confirm the payee and written terms for each payment.
Can you help if I have already chosen a clinic?+
Tell us which clinic you have chosen and what help you need. We can check whether appointment, arrival or accompaniment coordination is feasible. The clinic must confirm its appointments and treatment arrangements; we do not assume a partnership with it.
Are treatment, hotels and transfers all included?+
No all-inclusive package is offered. Medical fees go directly to the clinic. Our coordination quote covers only the agreed support, not flights, hotels, vehicle charges or meals. Those third-party costs are paid separately.
Can a family member or companion come with me?+
Let us know how many people are travelling and whether you need shared accommodation or transfers. We will check the arrangements and any additional charges. A clinic may have its own rules about who can accompany you inside. Childcare or nursing is not part of our coordination service.
How long should I stay, and will I need another trip?+
The treating clinic needs to confirm the sequence of appointments, reviews and whether more than one trip is needed. The journey ideas on this site are conversation starters, not treatment schedules. Confirm the clinical timetable before making non-refundable bookings.
What if the plan or quote changes after I arrive?+
An initial review is not the final treatment plan. Ask the clinician to explain any change, the alternatives, the revised medical fees and the effect on your schedule before deciding. We can help coordinate the discussion and travel changes; we do not decide on treatment for you.
What about cancellations and refunds?+
Cancellation and refund eligibility depend on each provider’s own terms, including our coordination terms. Medical, airline, hotel and transport bookings may have different deposits, deadlines and deductions. Read the respective written terms before paying; tell us about changes so we can help check options. There is no blanket refund promise.
Who do I contact after returning home?+
Before departure, confirm the clinic’s contact details, review instructions and any return appointments. Within the agreed scope, we help relay questions and arrange follow-up contact. Clinical advice comes from the treating team. We are not an emergency or nursing service; urgent concerns need local medical attention.
What should I send in my first message?+
Your treatment interest, departure country, approximate travel dates and any practical needs are enough to begin. You do not need to send patient records or identity documents in the first message. If the clinic later needs records, we will first confirm the recipient and an appropriate sharing method.
