A short checklist

  1. Confirm your entry eligibility

Check current official guidance for your passport, intended activity and length of stay. Where the purpose needs prior approval, or the stay exceeds 30 days, arrange the appropriate visa in advance. Ask the relevant authorities how your planned medical visit is treated.

  2. Confirm appointments before flights

An initial plan and indicative quote may change after examination. Confirm visit dates, expected review needs and whether separate trips may be necessary.

  3. Agree on the practical arrangements

Discuss the arrival city, accommodation location, pickup and accompaniment scope. Medical fees go directly to the healthcare provider; coordination fees are agreed separately.

  4. Prepare for follow-up at home

Ask the treating clinician about reviews, care instructions and who to contact after returning home. Check any relevant insurance coverage directly with your insurer.
